These are the terms and conditions of the Coolant Repair Co and of this website. If you do not agree with them please leave this site now. We post your order the same day if you order before 3pm. If you order after 3pm we shall endeavour to post it the same day. Otherwise, first thing next morning. We send orders by Royal Mail First Class post. Although the Royal Mail do not guarantee it, this normally means next morning delivery. For overseas orders we use Royal Mail Airmail We offer a full refund on all online purchases if they are returned, in the condition they were sold, within 14 days of receipt. The purchaser is responsible for the postage and packing costs to return the item(s). We refund monies to the Paypal account, or debit/credit card, used for the original transaction within 48 hours of receipt. Your payment is made to the Coolant Repair Co, which is owned and run by Andrew Preston. We accept payment online. All payments are processed through the Paypal secure payment system. You can pay for your order from your Paypal account, or pay with your Debit or Credit Card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your Debit or Credit Card, nor do you need to sign up to Paypal. We see none of your financial or debit/credit card details. The only information we see is..... 1. Your e-mail address, to which we thank you for your order. 2. Your contact telephone number, if supplied, in case there is a problem. 3. Your postal address to send your order.
