Posting and Returns
We send your order within 24 hours. If you order before 3pm we post it the same day. Otherwise, first thing next morning. We send orders by Royal Mail First Class post. For overseas orders we use Royal Mail Airmail We offer a full refund on all online purchases if they are returned, in the condition they were sold, within 14 days of receipt. We refund monies to the Paypal account, or debit/credit card, used for the original transaction within 48 hours of receiving the items for refund. Your payment is made to Andrew Preston, who owns and runs the Coolant Repair Co. We accept payment online. All payments are processed through the Paypal secure payment system. You can pay securely for your order from your Paypal account, or pay through Paypal with your Debit or Credit Card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your Debit or Credit Card. We see none of your financial or debit/credit card details. The only information we see is..... 1. Your e-mail address, to which we thank you for your order. 2. Your contact telephone number, if supplied, in case there is a problem. 3. Your postal address to send your order.
